Biography & private chef dining experience

My culinary journey began in Hungary, where I discovered my passion for cooking at age 4 and built the foundations of my career. Driven by a desire to master the art of gastronomy, I moved to France to study and immerse myself in the traditions of classical French cuisine. Working alongside talented chefs, I developed a deep respect for technique, precision, and the importance of exceptional ingredients.

Eager to broaden my culinary horizons, I later relocated to London, one of the world's most vibrant and diverse food capitals. There, I had the opportunity to work across a wide range of kitchens, gaining hands-on experience in Italian, Spanish, Mediterranean, Fusion, and classic British cuisine, while also developing expertise in barbecue cooking. This diverse background has shaped my adaptable cooking style and given me the confidence to create memorable dining experiences inspired by flavours from around the world.

During my time in London, I worked in prestigious kitchens in Mayfair, preparing exceptional food for high-profile clients including Stephen Hawking, Boris Johnson, Stella McCartney, Salma Hayek, Samuel L. Jackson, and many others. I also had the privilege of working alongside some of the industry's most respected chefs, including Anton Edelmann, Jason Atherton, Anna Hansen, Mark Hix, and Dhruv Baker. Their mentorship and commitment to excellence have had a lasting influence on my approach to food and hospitality.

After years of working in some of Europe's most demanding kitchens, I chose to leave the fast-paced London restaurant scene in search of a quieter lifestyle. Today, my passion remains unchanged. My goal is to bring the knowledge, skills, and experience I've gained throughout my career directly into people's homes, creating personalised private chef dining experience menus that combine restaurant-quality cooking with the warmth and comfort of home. Whether it's an intimate dinner, a family celebration, or a special occasion, I believe great food has the power to bring people together and create lasting memories.
